摘要:: 目的:探討丹參多酚酸注射液聯合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療腦梗死療效及對患者血液流變學的影響。方法:選取腦梗死患者126例,通過摸球法將患者隨機分為對照組(n=63)、觀察組(n=63)。兩組患者均接受腦梗死常規治療,對照組給予阿托他汀鈣片治療,觀察組在對照組基礎上聯合使用丹參多酚酸注射液治療。比較兩組患者療效、血液流變學指標、血脂指標、美國國立衛生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)評分及不良反應。結果:治療后,觀察組TG、HDL-C、TC水平均低于對照組,HDL-C水平高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(均P<0.05)。觀察組血漿比黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纖維蛋白原、血細胞比容低于對照組,差異有統計學意義(均P<0.05)。觀察組NIHSS評分低于對照組,ADL評分高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(均P<0.05)。觀察組治療總有效率為96.83%,高于對照組的84.13%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。兩組不良反應比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論:丹參多酚酸注射液聯合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療腦梗死療效較好,可有效改善血脂及血流動力學指標,提高患者神經功能及生活質量,且安全性較好。

Abstract:: Objective:To explore effect of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on patients with cerebral infarction and on hemorheology.Methods:126 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=63)by ball-touching method.Both groups received conventional treatment for cerebral infarction,the control group was given atorstatin calcium tablets for treatment,and the observation group treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy,hemorheology index,blood lipid index,NIHSS score,ADL score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of TG,HDL-C and TC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the HDL-C level was higher than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The plasma specific viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group and ADL score higher than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.83% in the observation group was significantly higher than 84.13% in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza acid injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet has good efficacy in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve blood lipid and hemodynamic indexes,improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients,better safety.
