生地苦參湯聯合艾拉莫德對類風濕性關節炎患者血清抗CCP抗體及炎癥因子的影響

摘要:: 目的:觀察生地苦參湯聯合艾拉莫德對類風濕性關節炎患者臨床療效、血清抗環瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗體及炎癥因子的影響。方法:將80例類風濕性關節炎患者隨機分為對照組和觀察組,每組40例,療程3個月。觀察兩組治療前后血清CCP抗體、干擾素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、干擾素α(IFN-α)水平及臨床總有效率。結果:觀察組血清CCP、IFN-γ、IFN-α、TNF-α水平均低于對照組,IL-4水平高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(均P<0.05)。觀察組顯效率、有效率高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(均P<0.05)。觀察組總不良反應發生率低于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:生地苦參湯治療類風濕性關節炎患者可降低血清CCP抗體水平,抑制TLR通路細胞因子TNF-α、IFN-α分泌,從而調節IFN-γ、IL-4平衡,發揮穩定免疫微環境作用。

Abstract:: Objective:To observe the effects of Shengdi Kushen decoction combined with iguratimod on the clinical efficacy,serum anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies and inflammatory factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group,and course of treatment 3 months.The levels of serum CCP,IFN-γ,IL-4,TNF-α,IFN-α and the total clinical effective rate were observed before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The levels of CCP,IFN-γ,IFN-α and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-4 was higher than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The significant efficiency and effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengdi Kushen decoction can reduce serum anti-cyclocitline peptide antibody level and inhibit the secretion of TNF-α and IFN-α in TLR pathway,thus regulating the balance of IFN-γ and IL-4 to stabilize the immune microenvironment.
